Shehryar Rehman oversees the Outreach Department at MOK School of Law, where he manages all aspects of student relations and engagement. Noorulain Shaikh is a faculty of law for Public Law and Legal Systems and Methods (LSM) at MOK. She holds an LLB (Hons.) degree from the University of London. She has engaged in research projects, gaining exposure to diverse legal and governance issues, and has also undertaken professional training in alternative dispute resolution. With a versatile foundation in both theoretical and applied aspects of law, Noorulain seeks to contribute to academic and professional settings that value analytical thinking, interdisciplinary perspectives, and the development of practical legal skills.
Dr. Prof. Nabeel Zubairi is a distinguished academic, administrator, and educationist with decades of experience in higher education, research, and public policy. He currently serves as a Professor at the Department of Sociology, University of Karachi, and has held key positions including Registrar, Director of the Evening Program, Chairman of the Department of Sociology, and Acting Director of the Confucius Institute. Dr. Zubairi is also a Member of the Board of Trustees (Transparency International) and the Board of Governors (Inter Board Karachi), where he has contributed to institutional governance and educational reform at a national level. His expertise further extends to the Police Reform Committee – Sindh Police and the Higher Education Commission (HEC). A scholar of immense integrity and vision, Dr. Zubairi’s addition to MOK’s leadership represents a continued commitment to academic excellence, institutional reform, and the advancement of education in Pakistan.
Ms. Bina Ul Haq is a highly accomplished business leader and global strategy advisor, holding an MBA and Masters in Global Business from the University of Oxford – Saïd Business School. With extensive experience across the banking, energy, and manufacturing sectors, she has led large-scale projects in international expansion, strategic transformation, and corporate restructuring. A respected author and speaker, Ms. Bina has written on geopolitical strategy, scenario planning, and global business dynamics, and has collaborated with Big 4 advisory firms and multinational boards. Her diverse background in mergers and acquisitions, CSR, and operational management under international standards brings a wealth of expertise to the MOK Board of Directors, where she contributes to advancing MOK’s vision of innovation, excellence, and global growth.
Uzair Gora is a Bocconi University graduate with over eight years of experience in education, specializing in university admissions, career counselling, and SAT preparation. As the founder of Premier Educationists, he guides over 100 students each year from around the world in achieving their academic and professional aspirations. The majority of his students score above 1400 on the SAT and have secured admission to leading global universities, including NYU, INSEAD, UCL, UC Berkeley, UCLA, the University of Toronto, Bocconi University, the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor, Columbia University, Yale University, and more. Uzair is dedicated to empowering students through strategic preparation and personalized mentorship.
Hamza graduated from Bocconi University with a full-ride scholarship. He’s been counseling students for the past 6 years and has helped many students get into their dream universities including NYU, Dartmouth, UVA, Colby with full scholarships. Haider Hassan Shah conducts Corporate Law training sessions at MOK School of Law. He is an Advocate of the High Court and currently a Senior Associate at M.A.I. Lakhani. His practice focuses on regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, public private partnership projects and civil as well as criminal litigation. Before joining M.A.I. Lakhani, he worked at Ali Khan Law Associates, where he gained extensive experience in corporate advisory and transactional matters. Through his professional expertise and practical insights, Mr. Haider equips MOK students with a comprehensive understanding of the corporate legal landscape in Pakistan.
Ms. Nareeta Hassan is a High Court enrolled Advocate and serves as the Litigation Trainer at MOK School of Law. With over eight years of experience in both litigation and legal education, she has also practiced extensively before the High Courts and District Courts. Alongside her legal practice, she has been an esteemed faculty member at several leading law schools in Karachi, where she has trained and mentored aspiring lawyers. Ms. Nareeta is also actively engaged with the Sindh Judicial Academy, where she conducts professional training sessions for young advocates, focusing on courtroom advocacy, drafting, and procedural law. Her extensive practical experience and commitment to legal education make her an invaluable part of the MOK faculty.
Bilal Qureshi is an advocate with rights of audience in the subordinate courts. He represents clients in complex civil and criminal cases across the district courts. He also drafts high court briefs and offer assistance to the team before all forums, with a particular focus on civil and constitutional law. His practice focuses on a variety of areas, including contractual and civil disputes, property and construction matters, constitutional actions, defamation, commercial litigation, criminal defense, and customs law.
